Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Kli, a mobile application operated by Artem Kudryashov, Israel ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Kli is
Kli is a tool for independent service providers to manage clients, jobs, schedules, payments and income records. We provide the software. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients, we do not process payments between you and them, and we do not guarantee any volume of work.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Do not share it.
3. Your clients' data — your responsibility
When you record information about your clients in Kli, that information remains yours and you remain responsible for it. You confirm that you are entitled to hold and use it, that you will comply with applicable privacy law including Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, and that you will honour your clients' requests to see, correct or delete their information.
We store and process that information on your behalf, in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Kli to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to access other users' accounts, to probe or disrupt the service, or to reverse engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Documents and tax
Kli stores the details and documents you enter or upload and can produce an income summary from the payments you record. Kli does not issue tax invoices or receipts. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of those details and documents and for meeting your own tax and reporting obligations. Nothing in the app is tax or legal advice.
6. Fees
Kli is currently provided free of charge while in early release. If we introduce paid plans we will give reasonable notice beforehand, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
7. Availability, and the state of the software
Kli is early-stage software provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet your requirements. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice before discontinuing the service entirely, and to let you export your data.
8. Keep your own records
Do not rely on Kli as the only copy of information your business depends on. You are responsible for keeping your own records of anything you are legally required to retain.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Israeli law.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using Kli and delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete account, or via kli-app.co.il/en/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the date above will change. Continuing to use Kli after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
