Delete your account and data
Applies to the Kli app (com.kli.provider)
If you still have the app installed
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately:
- Open Kli
- Go to Settings
- Choose Delete account and confirm
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email us from the address you used to sign up:
Write "Account deletion request" in the subject. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you to confirm.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed from our systems:
- Your profile and login identity
- Your clients and their details
- Your services, jobs, sessions and schedules
- Payment records and documents held in the app
- Uploaded images and documents
- Notifications and push notification tokens
What this does not do
- It does not delete records you have exported or saved elsewhere yourself.
- It does not affect your obligations to keep your own business or tax records.
Deletion is permanent. Account data cannot be recovered afterwards. If you want to keep anything, export it before you delete.
